Project overview

InheritanceX is a real estate marketplace where users can list properties, search for homes and manage property leads in one place. The goal was a platform that makes property discovery fast and turns every visitor into a potential lead.

We built a multi-role system for admins, buyers and sellers, each with a dedicated dashboard. Advanced filtering, Google Maps integration with geolocation and geo-fencing, and real-time data delivered through APIs make finding the right property simple and accurate.

Built around location,
leads and real-time data

Location is at the heart of real estate, so maps are at the heart of InheritanceX. Properties are shown on Google Maps with geolocation, so buyers can explore what is around them. Geo-fencing lets the platform focus on listings inside a defined area.

Sellers list and manage their properties from their own dashboard. Buyers search with advanced filters and save the listings they like. Admins oversee users, listings and leads across the whole marketplace, and every role only sees the tools it needs.

Listing data stays current through API integrations. The platform is fully responsive and optimised for lead generation, giving users a smooth experience on any device while every enquiry is captured.

Every part of InheritanceX was designed to connect the right buyer with the right property, from map-based discovery to role-based dashboards. Built with PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and the Google Maps API, it is fast, reliable and ready to scale.

We defined the needs of admins, buyers and sellers and planned the listing, search and lead management flows for each role.

We designed responsive, role-based dashboards and a search experience built around advanced filters and an interactive map.

We built the marketplace in PHP, JavaScript and MySQL, integrating the Google Maps API for geolocation and geo-fencing, plus APIs for real-time data.

We tested every role, filter and map feature across devices and optimised the platform for speed and lead generation.
