Project overview

Ticket Text is a full event ticketing platform with real-time booking, secure payments and dedicated dashboards for organizers. It handles events, users, orders and payments in one place, for fast and reliable ticket management.

The React frontend gives attendees a clean, responsive booking experience on any device. Behind it, Laravel APIs power event creation, ticket sales, QR and booking workflows, and automated email confirmations.

Problem, solution
and result

The problem: event organizers struggled with manual ticketing, slow payment workflows and no real-time view of their sales. Every event meant hours of admin work and a lot of guesswork.

The solution: we built an end-to-end ticketing system with React and Laravel. It includes secure Stripe payments, order confirmation emails, organizer dashboards and automated booking workflows. Organizers can launch events, manage attendees and view sales analytics instantly.

The result: manual work dropped by 70%, bookings got faster, and organizers now have a scalable platform that can handle thousands of ticket orders.

From event launch
to the front door

Organizers create an event and start selling in minutes. Attendees book and pay in a few clicks and receive their confirmation by email straight away. QR-based booking then makes entry quick on the day, with every order and payment tracked in real time.

We mapped the organizers’ pain points, including manual ticketing, slow payments and no live sales data, and defined the booking and payment flows.

We designed a clean, responsive React interface for attendees and clear dashboards for organizers.

We built Laravel APIs for events, users, orders and payments, integrated Stripe, and automated QR booking and email confirmations.

We load-tested the booking and payment flows for reliability at scale, then launched the platform.
